Hazel Jackson

JacksonHazel Mae Jackson, age 82, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2018 at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System in Pulaski.

Funeral service will be held today, Thursday, April 12, 2018 in the chapel of McDonald Funeral Home with Drew Brewer officiating. Burial will follow in the Lewis County Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Jackson was born June 15, 1935 in McKenzie to the late Acie Robert Ervin and Vessie Gurly Ervin. She was a retired judiciary clerk and wife of Wesley Jackson who preceded her in death on February 12, 2018.

Survivors include sons, Danny Carnell Jackson (Coni) of Bellville, Illinois and David Wesley Jackson (Karen) of Virginia Beach, Virginia;  daughter, Darlene Wilburn (Jerry) of Pulaski; granddaughters, McKenzie Cutting (Bert) of Jacksonville, Florida, Rebecca Lipa (Jeff) of  Imperial, Missouri, Amana Ruof (Matt) of Phenix City, Alabama and Kallie Nielsen (Ted) of Hampton, Virginia; grandson, Christopher Jackson (Tommi) of Kalamazoo, Michigan; great granddaughters,  Ally Cutting, Addison Lipa, Adelia Jackson, Elaina Ruof and Elizabeth Mae Ruof; great grandsons, Bryce Cutting, Lukas Ruof and Alexander Ruof.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Jackson was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Ervin; and sisters, Mildred Felts Coleman and Dorothy Morgan.
