Todd Laster has announced he is a candidate for a Hohenwald City Council member in the May 2, 2019 city election.
“My name is Todd Laster. It is with great honor to announce that I am seeking to be elected to the Hohenwald City Council in the upcoming election.
“I am married to Emily Laster and I have two wonderful step-children who attend Lewis County Schools.
“I have been in the role of a public servant for the last 17 years as a Law Enforcement Officer. I am currently the Administrative Captain at the Lewis County Sheriff’s Office, where I have been employed for the last 12 years.
“If elected, I wish, to the best of my ability, to be the kind of official who listens to, be the voice for, and best represents the citizens, the business owners, and the city of Hohenwald.
“I hope I get to see as many voters as I can in person, but I would like to take this opportunity now to humbly ask for your support and your vote.
“As a reminder, registration deadline for the upcoming election is April 2, early voting begins April 12 and ends April 27, and election day is May 2.”
