Pilot Club utilize BrainMinders Program to Promote Project

The Pilot Club of Hohenwald will host a BrainMinders Puppet Show at Lewis County Elementary School on March 26, 2019.

BrainMinders is a signature program of Pilot International introduced in 2001. Its educational and entertaining curriculum covers a broad span of brain health and safety topics. Children will learn about topics including: personal fitness, bus safety, playground safety, seat belt use, fire safety, gun safety, bullying and more.

The Pilot Club of Hohenwald has been hosting this program for many years. Along with presenting the program to children, the club provides bicycle helmets for children who may not have otherwise had one.

This year, thanks to a matching grant that the club received through the Pilot International Founders Fund, more children (ages 5-8) than ever will be able to receive a bike helmet through the BrainMinders program.

For additional information or to schedule a BrainMinders program, contact Pilot Club President, Lindsey Wayland at 931-628-9263 or pilotclubofhohenwald@gmail.com.
