Too Fast For Curve

IMG_9333 copyA crash Tuesday around 10:45 a.m. demolished a Ford F150 pick-up and injured the driver. Robert Douglas Johnson, 40, of Pleasant Drive, Hohenwald, was travelling south on Grinders Creek Road when he lost control in a curve about a mile and a half from Highway 20. Lewis County Sheriff Deputies Tony Grillo and Josh Keltner assisted at the scene. Lewis County Fire and Rescue and Maury Regional Emergency Medical personnel attended to Johnson who received cuts to his head. He was treated and released. Taylor’s Wrecker Service was called to tow the vehicle which belonged to Johnson’s girlfriend. The accident was worked by Tennessee Highway Patrol Sgt. Jeff Webb and Trooper Nick Beckham.
