A head-on collision on U. S 412 in Perry County, near the Lewis County/Perry County line Friday morning resulted in the deaths of both drivers.  Damon C. Bunch, 37, of Hohenwald,  an employee of Brewer’s Heating & Cooling, was on a routine service call to Linden, his employers said.  His  vehicle and another, driven by Carmen Navaroo, 66, of Lobelville, collided.  The 2007 Ford Focus driven by Navaroo reportedly spun in the roadway while the Ford van, operated by Bunch, reportedly left the roadway down an embankment and rolled.

Bunch had been employed by Brewer’s Heating and Cooling since October of last year, Virginia Brewer told the Herald.  A Tennessee Highway Patrol reenactment team was reportedly called in to recreate the scene as there were no witnesses to the impact.  An online WOPC News report says the vehicles collided in the westbound lane and that drugs or alcohol were not factors in the crash.
