    Owner Art Filson stopped by our office last week with an update on business following a fire last month. Kanson Electronics, an electronics manufacturer that produces world-class timers right here in Hohenwald, was shut down for one and one-half weeks due to damage after the main power distribution center caught fire. “It’s beyond repair,” Filson stated. “It’s a piece of charcoal.” Insurance adjusters were investigating the cause of the fire and had not made a determination at press time.
