On January 12, 2023, Lewis County Sheriff Department Deputy Mckenzie Potts and Sergeant Todd Webb were dispatched to 168 Ashley Road. During the meeting, Lewis County Mayor Jonah Keltner presented the board with the county's annual contribution of $18,000. July 2022 County collaborates with city to assess community infrastructure needs The Lewis County Board of Commissioners met and voted unanimously to apply for a non-competitive $3,250,908 water infrastructure grant through the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
