    T. Brad and Nancy Ray are proud to announce their daughter, Amy Elaine Ray, has completed her doctoral studies at Texas Christian University on December 17, 2022.     Several Lewis County residents were among students who received degrees from the University of Tennessee at Martin during fall commencement ceremonies held Dec. 10, 2022.
