    The Lewis County High School Lady Panthers and Panthers basketball teams travelled to Lyles to take on the East Hickman Lady Eagles and Eagles on January 5th for District 11AA action. In the Lady Panthers first action since their first win of the season at Mt. Pleasant, it was the Lady Eagles that took the lead from the tip, outscoring the Lady Panthers 16-0 in the first quarter of action.     The Lewis County Middle School Lady Panthers and Panthers hosted the Summertown Lady Eagles and Eagles on Monday, January 18 for a boys' junior varsity game and girls' and boys' varsity action. The Panther JV continued with their excellent play on the season as they sprinted out to a 31-15 lead at the half behind Maddox Tanner and Phenix McDonald who each had 7 points in the half.
