    Della Lee Joyce "JoJo" (Horner) Crump, of Hohenwald, passed away on Monday, February 10, 2020 at the AHC Nursing and Rehab at the age of 76. Born on December 21, 1943 in Hohenwald, she was the daughter of the late James Leemore Cotham and Nancy Lee James. The family states they could tell stories for days on end.     A committee appointed by the Lewis County Board of Commissioners met Monday evening to find a solution to a projected $111,000 shortfall in the Solid Waste budget for the remainder of the current fiscal year. The result is a six level commercial fee scale that could encompass rate hikes for businesses and non-profits alike.     Bernard Wilburn Edwards, age 97, of Franklin, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, February 12, 2020. Bernard was born in Hickman County on November 15, 1922, a son of the late Ernest and Mattie Edwards. Bernard was a 1940 graduate of Lewis County High School in Hohenwald. She was born in Kansas City, Missiouri on January 4, 1964 to the late Joe and Doris Burns.
