Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Bob Rolfe and BRS Offroad North America officials announced Tuesday, April 6 that the company will establish new operations in Lewis County.     The Lewis County Elks Lodge #2883 has announced they will be hosting their first annual Color Walk/Run for Autism and Special Needs Children on May 1, 2021 at noon. All proceeds will go to Lewis County Special Education.     Solid Waste Committee The owner of the Shadow Acres Motel flew from overseas to come before the Lewis County Solid Waste Committee on Monday night, asking to have her business lowered to another commercial fee level. She told the committee, comprised of Commissioners Allison Tanner, Doug Jobbitt, Wendell Kelley, Jim Grinder, Larry Hensley and Bill Dyer, she had gone from paying $180 per year to $2,000 which she believed to be unreasonable.
