The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation officially announced that they have launched an investigation into the death of 23-year-old Donavan Conner. “We can confirm TBI special agents are investigating the death of Donavan Connor (DOB 4/26/1999), while in the custody of the Lewis County Sheriff’s Department. The case remains active and ongoing at this time,” said a TBI representative. We have had a wet week and that is good although there were lots of thunderstorms around the area but no damage that I know of except lots of twigs and limbs around the area. We are thankful that we did not have the flooding that Kentucky is facing with lots of deaths and lots of homes and businesses destroyed, and we pray for them. The Lewis County High School Class of 1957 met at the Freedom Holy Temple Church to celebrate the 65th anniversary of their graduation on July 23, 2022.
