The County Commission met on Monday, Oct. 19 to discuss several orders of business. After a rainy weekend during Oktober Heritage Festival, the car show and the Big Rig Cruise-in had to be postponed to this weekend. It's only Day 5 of early voting and it's clear that voter turnout is even bigger than expected. A total of 2,025 people in Lewis County have already voted as of Tuesday morning, before print day. That's more than double the turnout of the 2016 early voting! We have moved back into a light fall time again and the temperatures have been moderate and not so cold at night.
