The Lewis County Public Library and Archives started the Halloween weekend festivities off with a "Not-So-Spooky Story Time". Zombie Witches, Marvel characters, Disney Princesses, the crew of the Minnow, and more participated in interactive stories, boogied like zombies, and crafted a monster-cast door hanger.
