    Maury Regional Health has partnered with the State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to offer a free virtual seminar about how Medicare participants can evaluate plan changes for the coming year.     The Lewis County Middle School Lady Panthers and Panthers hosted the Hampshire Lady Hawks and Hawks for Junior Varsity and Varsity basketball games on Tuesday, October 27. The junior varsity games were the first games of the night, with the Lady Panther JV taking on the Lady Hawk JV to start the action.     Two local anglers, Matt Carroll and Miles Staggs, took first place in the October Bass Tournament held on Chief Creek Lake at Natchez Trace Wilderness Preserve. Other Lewis County anglers, Ricky Spears and Jeff Brackam placed thirteenth. The day started out dry, but rainfall started around 8 a.m. and continued until close to the finish.     Armuchee High School Sophomore Shelby Green was recently named Athlete of the Week. Green won five races individually this year and set a new school record for the 5K.
