On April 14, the wheelchair ramp team from First United Methodist Church in Columbia came to build a wheelchair ramp for Sharron Neal in Hohenwald. Miss Neal was in need of the ramp to help her get to and from doctor’s appointments. These men built this mission project at no cost to the home owner. Well it is a cool spring morning here in our little valley. We had a really good rain last night, everything was starting to get dry and we were beginning to really need some rain. Now this morning everything is fresh and clean, the sun is shining and it is going to be a beautiful day. The cats have had their breakfast and they are now watching the birds eat their leftover cat food. We have some brave little birds around here. Mr. King was working when a female customer pulled her vehicle up to discard trash. She was getting out of the car when her foot got hung in the door while still in reverse, and she fell.
