On Saturday, May 18, 2024 the Lewis County Elks Riders #2883 held the 3rd Annual Brain Injury Child Ride and fundraiser for little Elsie Ray Webb. The Brain Injury Child Ride is a national Elks Rider event held across the country on the same day each year. Each Riders group selects a child from the local community to support.
