    The Panthers paired off against the Loretto Mustangs at Bobby W. Sharp Stadium Friday, September 20 for a Region contest. Lots of points were scored by both teams with the visitors taking home a 61-44 victory. The Mustangs were first to score with Nicholas McDow crossing the goal line at 8:12 on a three yard run. 6-0. The game started with an onside kick by HCMS recovered by Knox Rainey.
