A routine traffic stop for failure to stop at a stop sign resulted in two being charged with Methamphetamine, marijuana, suboxone and drug paraphernalia. On March 17, 2020, Lewis County Sheriff Deputy Cody Atkinson noticed a vehicle, driven by Lucinda Kilpatrick, fail to stop at the stop sign on Ski Street.
