Bobbie Sealey

Bobbie Ray Sealey, age 88 of Hohenwald, passed away at his home surrounded by family on December 24, 2019.

Mr. Sealey entered this world on June 11, 1931 in the Napier community to the late Harvey Lee and Cecile Bradley Sealey. He spent his career working as a millwright for McLouth Steel in Michigan. Being an avid hunter, he enjoyed being in the woods in his spare time hunting deer and squirrel, or casting a line and going fishing. While at home he would show off his passion of the musical genre by sitting down and playing his banjo or just listening to his favorite blue grass.

Mr. Sealey is survived by his wife and life partner of 35 years, Shelby Jean Sealey; daughters, Barbara Moore, Kathy (Rick) Lavoie, Darlene Touchard, Patricia Sealey and Lisa (Billy) Greathouse; and step-daughter, Kerri (Jim) Edwards; a son of the heart, J.J. Crowe; 15 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, Dale Kolakowski; and a close nephew, Jim Crowell (Pauline).

Along with his parents, Mr. Sealey was preceded in death by his daughter, Rebecca Kolakowski.

There were no services planned at this time. Adair Funeral and Cremation Services assisted the family with arrangements.
