Car Accident: Tabitha Virgin

Tennessee Highway Patrol investigated a single vehicle accident that occurred on Wednesday, April 1, at 12:50 a.m. THP reported that Tabitha Virgin, age 25, was traveling on Peters Road south to Napier Road, when she drove off the right side of the road, hitting both a concrete culvert and a tree. Virgin stated she had looked down at her radio. THP reported there was no license on her person, and she was charged with reckless driving and financial responsibility. Tennessee Highway Patrol Trooper Steve Karpati worked the accident.
