Joyce Marie Duncan, Waynesboro Highway, charged April 11 with aggravated assault and resisting arrest.

Daniel Dwight Stewart, Rackley Road, charged with domestic assault on April 12.

Daniel Wayne Whitehead, Fain Street, charged April 13 with evading arrest, reckless endangerment times two, child endangerment, driving without license, violation community supervision for life times two and violation sex offender registry.

Barry Wayne Baugus, Hampshire Pike, Columbia, charged with aggravated child abuse, times three, on April 13.

Martin Cole Tinin, Rooster Lane, Linden, charged April 16 with evading arrest, reckless endangerment, reckless driving, driving on revoked, resisting arrest and drug paraphernalia.

Richard Calvert, Holloway Street, Summertown, charged with resisting arrest on April 16.

John Douglas Davis III, Castle Heights Drive, Lebanon, charged April 17 with burglary from a vehicle and violation of probation.

Allan Dale Asch Jr., Hunters Ct., Summertown, charged with domestic assault, times two, on April 18.

David Allen Pope Jr., West Fourth Avenue, charged April 18 with criminal trespass.

James Evan Whitehead, Peters Road, charged with methamphetamine - manufacture, deliver, possess on April 19.

Santana Ann Barnes, North Walnut Street, Iron City, charged April 23 with an attachment, shoplifting and criminal trespass times two.

Debra Marie Seiber, Cothran Road, Waynesboro, charged with violation of probation on April 23.

Michael Wade Webb, Leipers Creek Road, Williamsport, charged April 27 with domestic assault.

The department made ten on view arrests, five theft of property arrests, and served 54 arrest warrants, eight criminal summons, four civil warrants and 10 subpoenas.
