Sunny Davis Whitt

Sunny Davis Whitt was born on a beautiful November morning in 1985. When Sunny was born she was like a ray of sunshine just like her name. "We learned at an early age she could easily be provoked into becoming a thunderstorm. She was her own person, very independent but a little bundle of dynamite," her mother said.

She loved movies, music and loved to dance. She also loved to spend time doing arts and crafts and working in the yard with flowers. Sunny loved animals, especially her sweet little Jojo and Bobo doggies. Sunny was surely one of a kind. She had numerous friends far and near, if she liked you, you were blessed if not you better back away. She knew more about everyone than the newspaper. She was as beautiful inside as she was outside. Sunny was a highly intelligent young lady being the only child in Lewis County Elementary to skip a grade and help tutor other children. She was a real showstopper, both women and men alike were in awe of her beauty and grace.

"She has left us way too soon on June 29, 2020, so sad of a loss. She is now walking those streets of gold making new friends and impressing God and His angels."

Sunny leaves behind her son, eight year old Davis Knox Dabbs; her mother, Alice Davis Farris (John); her father, Don Whitt; stepdad, David Pullen; maternal grandparents, Rodney and Kay Davis; sisters, Samantha Whitt Bradley and Shelby Whitt; her aunts, Liz Quillen (Keith) and Sandra Davis Morgan; cousins, Kyle Quillen (Laci) and Bryan Perry; nephews, Jackson Brown and Jett and Jaye Bradley; niece, Jorja Bradley; and her boyfriend, Marshall Underhill.
