Hunter Education Certification

New Update - Effective 9/9/2020

No TWRA Hunter Education Classroom Training will be held this fall in Lewis County due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. With this is mind there are alternatives available if you need certification. Options available are:

1. Purchase an Apprentice License which exempts the person from Hunter Education Requirements for one year. Must have an adult over 21 hunting with the person who can take control of firearm at all times. Can be obtained anywhere licenses are sold for TWRA. Cost is $11.00.
