Fugitive from Pennsylvania captured by Sheriff Deputies

Lewis County Sheriff Department captured a fugitive from justice wanted out of the state of Pennsylvania on Saturday, September 19, 2020.

At approximately noon, deputies were dispatched to 926 Walker Road (Whispering Oaks Campground and Retreat) in Hohenwald in regards to the fugitive, Frank Devin Sabatka, who was wanted on two failure to appear warrants.

Sabatka was transported to Lewis County Jail, awaiting exradition to Pennsylvania.

Whispering Oaks has recently been discussed by many people of the community and at county commissioner meetings.
