Joseph Thomas Collie, Cathey’s Creek Road, Hampshire, charged with failure to appear on August 19.

Tim Allen Sullivan, Napier Road, charged August 20 with failure to appear.

Heather Lynn Wallace, West Third Avenue, charged with Tenncare Fraud on August 20.

Derek Newman, no address, charged August 21 with unlawful possession of firearm and drug paraphernalia.

Luvena Yvonne Marie Chapin, Metal Ford Road, charged with DUI, simple possession and leaving the scene on August 22.

Delisa Dawn Turner, Adair Avenue, Columbia, charged August 22 with drug paraphernalia and simple possession/casual exchange.

Shane Elliott Greve, Centerville Highway, charged with domestic assault on August 24.

Cissy Eloise Keating, Hinson Street, charged August 25 with methamphetamine - manufacture, deliver, sale or possession and drug paraphernalia.

Rafe Ashton Hunter, Brooksie Thompson Road, Decaturville, charged with failure to appear on August 26.

Krista Alyson Westbrook, West Seventh Avenue, Lobelville, charged August 28 with failure to appear.

Richard Amos Totton Jr., South Walnut, charged with possession of weapon - convicted felon, criminal impersonation, violation of community supervision, residential and work restrictions and failure to appear on August 28.

Christina Renee Tohn, Stoltz Road, Pleasantville, charged August 29 with simple possession/casual exchange, possession without prescription unlawful, and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

Jacob Royce Graves, Highway 100 West, Pleasantville, charged with manufacture, delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamine, controlled substance, schedule III and drug paraphernalia on August 29.

Mitchell Lee Thactston, Willis Avenue, charged August 30 with criminal offenses and penalties, manufacture delivery, sale or possession of methamphetamines, unlawful drug paraphernalia and driving on revoked license.

Angela Diana Reeves, Norris Road, charged with failure to appear on September 1.

Jimmy Moon, Memorial Road, charged September 2 with sexual battery, times two.

Joe Edward Baxter, Smith Street, charged September 2 with an attachment.

Benjamin Moon McCabe, Harlan Street, charged with violation of probation, times two, on September 2.

Gary Don Staggs, Oakdale Avenue, charged September 2 with possession of methamphetamine.

Anthony Tyrone Webster Snipes, Ridgetop Road, Hampshire, charged with aggravated burglary, joy riding and failure to appear on September 6.

The department made three on view arrests, six theft of property arrests, and served 45 arrest warrants, one criminal summons, 41 civil warrants and 29 subpoenas.
