Bobby J. Carroll, Beverly Avenue, charged September 23 with drug paraphernalia.

Gerald A. Hobbs, Mercury Street, charged with simple possession/casual exchange, driving on a suspended driver’s license, prohibited weapons and drug paraphernalia on September 25.
