Ryley Treadwell

Ryley Lewis Treadwell entered this world on March 31, 2020 and his soul gained its wings on September 30, 2020. Ryley will live on through the gift of organ donation. While the family is experiencing overwhelming grief, another family is experiencing overwhelming joy. Ryley saved the life of a young child within 48 hours of his passing, which gives the family some comfort in knowing that Ryley is truly a hero!

Ryley leaves behind his mother, Emily Treadwell; brother, Hunter Treadwell both of Summertown; MeMe and Poppy, Pamela Treadwell and Brian McCormick of Summertown; aunts, Morgan Treadwell and her daughter Maysi of Hohenwald, and Pachance Treadwell of Summertown; uncles, Mason and Aunt Savannah Treadwell of Hohenwald, and Cody Alison of Hohenwald; great-grandparents, Stanley Lewis and Ruthie Holloway and Faye Treadwell of Hohenwald; great-aunt Amy and her husband, John Gray, and their children, Jada and Justus of Summertown; great-uncle, Joshua Lewis Holloway of Nashville, as well as a host of family and friends.

Ryley was preceded in death by an older sibling who gained their wings before birth; great-grandparents, Lewis and Arzell Holloway and Clarence and Hazel Holder; as well as other family members.

Funeral service was held Tuesday, October 6 at 1:00 p.m. in the Adair Funeral and Cremation Services chapel with Bobby Carroll and Kenley Bates officiating. Burial followed in the Grinders Creek Cemetery.
