Betty French

Betty Jane French, age 78, went to be with her Lord and late husband, Eddie Joe French, on Wednesday, October 20, 2020.

Betty was born April 24, 1943 in Perry County to the late William Andrew Anderson and Dorothy Ruth Bouie Anderson.

Betty was a factory worker and homemaker. She welcomed everyone into her home with open arms. Betty was respected and loved by many.

Surviving Betty are her sons, Anthony "Tony" (Sandra) French, Joseph "Jody" (Gina) French, and Jacob (Rhianna) Garrett; a daughter, Tina Renee Wilson (Calvin Carroll); 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eddie J. French and son, Timothy R. "Timmy" Garrett.

Funeral service was held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, October 24, 2020 with Glenn Floyd officiating. Burial took place in the Dean Cemetery in Linden.

McDonald Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
