Serving Hohenwald, Lewis County Tennessee Since 1898
Kolton Michael Maze, age 24, unexpectantly left this earthly world after succumbing to injuries from a motor vehicle accident on November 22, 2020.
He was born in Maury County on April 7, 1996 to Michael Maze and Toni (Holt) Maze.
Kolton was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Tony and Faye Holt, and paternal grandfather, Luther Maze.
Kolton was one of those people who went out of his way to say Hi and to see how you were doing. Most remember him by his long hugs that he would greet you with. His infectious smile would light up any room he entered. Kolton's laugh is one that you will never forget and was guaranteed to have you smiling. In his free time, he enjoyed drawing and painting and recently tried his hand at woodburning. He was an avid gun collector and often enjoyed being in the woods hunting. Kolton had a love for motorcycles and would often be seen riding through town on his purple bike.
Along with his parents, Kolton leaves behind to cherish his memory his sister Katelyn Maze; paternal grandparents, Bobby and Barbara Ashworth; and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
Funeral service was held Saturday, November 28, 2020 at 1 p.m. at Freedom Holy Temple with Trevin Nunnery officiating. Burial followed at Grinders Creek Cemetery.
