Each year, the Christmas issue of the Lewis County Herald is a culmination of weeks of devoted, creative work by our newspaper staff.

Expressions of best wishes for the season from area businesses, community leaders and civic organizations fill the pages of this once-a-year special issue, along with Letters to Santa from local children.

It is an honor and privilege to share local news and holiday cheer.

As we strive to continue to fulfill our mission of presenting local news in fairness and truth, we also want to take a moment to express our appreciation for your readership.

From our family to yours, we thank you for being part of our family's lives since 1956. The Lewis County Herald has been a standard in Lewis County since 1898, 122 years. We are humbled to continue the faithful work of our ancestors.

We look forward to working with you all in 2021 and we anticipate great things for Hohenwald, Lewis County, Tennessee.
