The Tennessee Housing Development Agency is accepting pre-applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program for very low-income households and the Mainstream Non-Elderly Disabled (NED) Voucher Program for disabled, very low-income, who are non-elderly (ages 18 to under 62) transitioning out of an institution, segregated setting, homeless, or at risk of the above.
