Buffalo Valley's Project Rural Recovery

You may well have been one of the many who have seen a fantastic looking bus around town with the words Buffalo Valley Inc. on the side. To those who wish to know more, we asked Buffalo Valley what exactly the bus does, and who it serves. Debbie Hillin, President, explained that the bus, although based out of Lewis County, covers four adjoining counties: Perry, Wayne, Lawrence, Marshall and Lewis.
