Stolen piece of machinery recovered

On Tuesday, August 3, 2021 the Lewis County Sheriff's Department received information from an alert citizen leading to the recovery of a stolen piece of machinery in the Texas Bottom area of Lewis County.

Lewis County Sheriff's Department Investigators began investigating this matter and discovered that the 2019 Tekeuchi Skid Steer was reported stolen from Stout Concrete in the Nashville area on July 24. The skid steer was recovered and returned to the owners.
