LCMS Volleyball

The Lewis County Middle School Lady Panthers volleyball team hosted the Ethridge Lady Bulldogs at LCMS Gymnasium on Monday, August 23rd.

In the varsity match was highlighted by the strong first set that the Lady Panthers had, where they pulled away to a 25-14 win in the opening set. After the break, the Lady Panthers continued to dominate the match as they again opened up a lead but the Lady Bulldogs fought back before Lewis County finished off the second set with a 25-21 win to take the match 2 sets to 0.

In the junior varsity match the Lady Panther JV fell behind in the first set and the Lady Bulldog JV pulled away to a 25-18 first set win. The Lady Panther JV fought back to control the second set of the match and take a 25-13 set win in the second frame. In the third and final set of the junior varsity action the Lady Bulldogs pulled out a 15-12 set win to take the JV match 2-1.
