MLConnect rain event update

With the exception of mainline fiber that is not reachable due to impassable roads and bridges, MLConnect has repaired all known MAINLINE fiber damage. At this time, most Humphreys County MLConnect services fall into one of two categories:

1) If permanent electric service has returned to your home, it is likely that your broadband can be restored at this time as well. We will be working on this list throughout the weekend.

2) All other previously connected services will be more time consuming and labor intensive. Look for more information on these soon.

If you need to report a broadband outage in any MLConnect area, visit http://www.mlconnect.com and use the Member-Subscriber Support Portal, or call ANY MLEC office and choose OPTION 2, then OPTION 3.

Installations and construction are going forward as scheduled for locations in all five MLEC counties.

“We thank you for your patience as crews work to make repairs following the rain and flooding on August 21,” said President and CEO Keith Carnahan. “Power and broadband will go hand-in-hand with helping our communities heal.”
