Traffic stop leads to drug arrest

A routine traffic stop by the Hohenwald Police Department led to the arrest of a woman on drug charges. According to Sergeant Jordan Alkire's report, on October 12, 2021 at approximately 20:37 hours, "I, Sergeant Alkire, made contact with a Ford F-150 parked in a handicap parking stall in the Wal Mart parking lot. There was no visible placard or license plate indicating this vehicle belonged to a disabled driver. I made contact with the owner of the vehicle who was also the sole occupant of the vehicle, Tracy Quillen, age 44."
