Hohenwald woman charged with child abuse

Jessie Elaine Tims, of Woodland Road, was recently charged with two counts of aggravated child abuse and child abuse or neglect to inflict injury.

The offense date took place on August 10, 2021. She was booked into Lewis County Sheriff's Department on February 3, 2022 with a $50,000 bond. Her bond conditions are there be no minor children in the defendant's home, pending hearing.

Tims' initial court appearance is scheduled for March 1, 2022....
