Historical Society meeting

Since the beginning of time, people have formed clubs to have fun, serve a purpose and give a meaning to life, help others out, learn something, be together and to be a part of the community.

How did our grandparents do it? How do we do it now?

There were clubs for gardening, rook, bridge, hunting, quilting, Masons, Kiwanis, FFA, 4-H, Scouts, Co-Op Extension, motorcycling, cars, fish fries, JCs, Pilot Club, Humane Society, sustainable living, cooking, baseball, horseshoes, etc.
