Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated June 9, 2020, executed by Glenn Baker, a single person, and Joseph D’Amico and Sharon A Cullip, husband and wife, to Bankers Title as Trustee, for the benefit of American Pacific Mortgage Corporation, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee, of record in Record Book 216, Page 621, in the Register’s Office for Lewis County, Tennessee, conveying certain real property therein described, and Edward D. Russell of The SR Law Group, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee in Record Book 245, Page 581, in the Register’s Office for Lewis County, Tennessee;
