Sale at public auction will be on July 20, 2022 on or about 2:00PM local time, Lewis County Courthouse, 110 North Park Street, Hohenwald, TN 38462, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by TIM R. BLAYLOCK AND LINDA M. BELL, to General American Corporation, Trustee, on September 14, 2005, at Record Book 69, Page 613-633 as Instrument No. 18104 in the real property records of Lewis County Register’s Office, Tennessee.
Owner of Debt: U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, Successor in Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, Successor by Merger to LaSalle National Bank, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2005-HE6, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE6

The following described tract or parcel of land situate in the Sixth (6th) Civil District of Lewis County, Tennessee, South of an adjacent to Honeysuckle Lane, and being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin in the South right of way of Honeysuckle Lane, said iron pin being the Northeast corner of Joe Bell as recorded in Deed Book A-55, Page 240, Register`s Office of Lewis County, Tennessee, and the Northwest corner of the tract being described, thence with said South right of way North 83 degrees 16 minutes 51 seconds East 175.43 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being in the remaining property of Mark D. Shane et ux as recorded in Deed Book A-70, Page 361, Register`s Office of Lewis County, Tennessee, and the Northeast corner of the tract being described; thence with a new Shane division line South 6 degrees 04 minutes 55 seconds east 121.85 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being the Southeast corner of the tract being described, thence continuing with said division line North 88 degrees 32 minutes 52 seconds West 194.65 feet to an iron pin set, said iron pin being in the East boundary line of Bell, and the Southwest corner of the tract being described, thence with Bell North 4 degrees 27 minutes 10 seconds East 96 00 feet to the point of beginning and containing 0.46 acre, as surveyed by Kenneth Carroll, registered land surveyor, Tennessee license NO1335, dated January 1996. Except for easements and/or restrictions, if any, of record in the Lewis County, Tennessee register of Deeds Office.
Being the same property conveyed to Tim R. Blaylock and Linda M. Bell, as tenants in common with right of survivorship by deed from Gerald Lee Bell and wife, Tiffany Leah Bell recorded 04/02/2003 in Deed Book 35, Page 141, in the Register`s Office of Lewis County, Tennessee.

All right of equity of redemption, statutory and otherwise, and homestead are expressly waived in said Deed of Trust, but the undersigned will sell and convey only as Substitute Trustee.
If the U.S. Department of Treasury/IRS, the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue, or the State of Tennessee Department of Labor or Workforce Development are listed as Interested Parties in the advertisement, then the Notice of this foreclosure is being given to them and the Sale will be subject to the applicable governmental entities’ right to redeem the property as required by 26 U.S.C. 7425 and T.C.A. §67-1-1433.
This property is being sold with the express reservation that the sale is subject to confirmation by the lender or trustee. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the purchase price. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee’s attorney.

NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Case number 2022-PR-31 in the matter of the estate of Brenda Amacher, deceased.
Notice is hereby given that on the 10th day of June 2022, Letters Testamentary in respect of the estate of Brenda Amacher, who died December 19, 2021, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Lewis County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the clerk of the above-named court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
(1) (A) Four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this Notice to Creditors at least sixty (60) days before the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication; or
(B) Sixty (60) days from the date the creditor received an actual copy of the Notice to Creditors if the creditor received the copy of the notice less than sixty (60) days prior to the date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication as described in (1)(A); or
(2) Twelve (12) months from the decedent’s date of death.
All persons indebted to the above estate must come forward and make proper settlement with the undersigned at once.
