Country music artist Josh Turner will headline Pigeon Forge’s 31st annual Patriot Festival on July 4 in Patriot Park. The festival’s activities kick off at 4 p.m. with various food vendors. The free concert begins at 8 p.m. followed by a holiday fireworks spectacular.
