The UT Extension office and Lewis Health Center are teaming together to host Healthy for Life classes during the month of September. Classes will be hosted on September 14 & 21, 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Hohenwald Housing Authority.
We hope you will join us during your lunch hour to learn more on how to monitor blood sugar levels, eat healthier in a fast-paced lifestyle, and incorporate feasible exercises into your daily routine. Each session is FREE and we will provide lunch for you while you are there. There will be giveaways each session and awesome door prizes during the last class. Pre-registration is required and you can do so by completing a paper form at the UT Extension office, located in the courthouse, or online @ https://forms.gle/dxrQhQf1yBrWCs1r8. Deadline to register is September 6.
