The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for August 13-26, 2022. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence nor guilt of charges placed.

Kenny Brian Graves, Windwood Road, was charged with failure to appear on August 14.

Jacob Chapin, North Oak Street, was charged with an attachment on August 15.

Justin Edwards, Sweetwater Road, was charged with an attachment and a capias on August 19.

Jeremy Burns, West Linden Avenue, was charged with an attachment on August 19.

Dennis Neese, Apple Street, Lewisburg, was charged with public intoxication and simple possession on August 21.

Jason Nance, Wheeler Road, Mt. Pleasant, was charged with failure to appear on August 23.

Robert Young, Mt. View Drive, was charged with aggravated assault on August 23.

Darrell Weidman was charged with criminal trespassing on August 23.

Michael Shane, West First Avenue, was charged with a capias on August 24.
