Sublett announced as new SRO Officer

David Sublett has been appointed as the new School Resource Officer for the Lewis County Intermediate School.

"He was more than qualified for this job," said Chief of Police Kip Kelsey. "He had been a newly certified deputy and a medic in the military. My Assistant Chief, Kevin Carroll, and I spoke with the Sheriff about [hiring Sublett], to see how he thought he would fit in the school. So we all put our heads together and thought he would be a great fit for the school."
