Carl Bailey Garner, 67, retired heavy equipment operator, died Saturday, October 15, 2022 at his residence in Columbia.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at 3:00 p.m. at Oakes & Nichols Funeral Home with Brandon Cochran officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
