Building materials manufacturer and distributor to expand operations to Hohenwald Project represents the creation of nearly 200 new jobs
Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee, Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner Stuart McWhorter and Summertown Metals, LLC officials announced the company will invest $11 million to expand its manufacturing and distribution operations in Lewis County.
With existing operations in Summertown, Summertown Metals will expand by constructing a new facility in the Lewis County Industrial Park, which will house its headquarters and additional manufacturing and distribution operations. As a result of the project, the company will create 197 new jobs in Hohenwald.
