Sheriff Report

The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for September 29-October 19, 2020. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence nor guilt of charges placed.

Jerry Brewer, Grinders Creek, was charged with burglary and theft of property on December 19.

April Ferguson, Overhead Bridge Road, Hampshire, was charged with aggravated assault on December 20.

Mary Lightner, Tennessee Gas Drive, Lobelville, was charged with failure to appear on December 21.

Paul Gaskin, Apple Orchard Lane, Summertown, was charged with criminal trespassing on December 21.

Corey Seiber, Smith Avenue, was charged with vandalism on December 21.

John Goodwin, East Second Street, was charged with public intoxication, possession of a handgun while under the influence, immediate notice of accident and accident involving damage to vehicle on December 23.

Ronald Higgins, Buck Run, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault on December 24.
