Sheriff Report

The following was submitted by Lewis County Sheriff Dwayne Kilpatrick for March 6 through March 17, 2023. This is a record of law enforcement action and is neither intended to imply innocence or guilt of charges placed.

Robert Smith, Lawrenceburg Highway, Mt. Pleasant, was charged with resisting stop/frisk/halt/arrest/search on March 9.

Curtis Cagle, Roney Avenue, was charged with failure to appear on March 12.

Christi Hampton, Roney Avenue, was charged with failure to appear on March 12.

Andrew Bennett, Roney Avenue, was charged with reckless driving, driving on a revoked/suspended driver’s license and evading arrest on March 13.

Dylan Pugh, Summertown Highway, was charged with a capias and violation of probation on March 14.

Dalton Hilburn, South Pine Street, was charged with a capias on March 16.
