Don Barber

I would like to take this time to announce my candidacy for re-election to the Hohenwald City Council on May 4th, 2023. Having the pleasure of serving five full terms with five different mayors, I feel like I have the knowledge and experience to continue the extensive progress that Hohenwald has seen in the last four years. Vast improvements have been made in our utility infrastructure with a lot of work left to do in order to provide the services that are needed over the next 20 years.

Our needs are still many, exceeding our resources, so proper management and planning are crucially important as we try to do the best we can with the funds that we have coming in without putting the extra burden on the tax payers.

As the election approaches, I humbly ask for your vote and continued support for the next four years. Please feel free to contact me at anytime with ideas or advice that will help me improve the work that I do for you.
